Warrenpoint Residence, Co. Down, Northern Ireland

Recently completed new-build residence in Warrenpoint, thoughtfully designed to evoke the character and presence of an established home. A restrained neutral palette was carefully selected and layered with natural textures, soft finishes, and warm materials to bring depth and subtle richness throughout the interiors. Attention was given to detail and proportion, ensuring each space feels grounded, calm, and enduring.

The result is a timeless home that balances modern functionality with the warmth and patina of traditional architecture, creating a refined backdrop that enhances everyday living without overwhelming it.
