Layout, proportion, colour, materials, lighting and furniture are developed together. The result gives you a clear direction for the space and explains how each element works with the next.
Our founder-led studio, established by Aoife Maria Tobin, brings the same attention to architecture and daily life to our remote design work.

How It Works
Brief & Consultation
Share photographs, accurate measurements, architectural plans where available and the details of your project. We discuss how you live, your preferences, budget and what the room needs to do.
Design Development
We develop the design remotely, bringing the layout, visual direction, materials, lighting and furniture together. We present our recommendations and refine the design through one included round of revisions.
Final Design Pack
You receive the completed design package, relevant drawings and detailed shopping list. You then purchase the items and manage installation and implementation yourself.
The typical design period is approximately six weeks, depending on complexity, the information received and feedback.

What information do I need to provide?
We need clear photographs, accurate room measurements and relevant project information, including your preferences, budget, existing items and what you want to achieve. Architectural plans are helpful where available.
Can you work from architectural plans?
Yes. We can work from accurate architectural plans for new builds and renovations. We will confirm any additional measurements, photographs or details needed before developing the design.
Can I use the service for more than one room?
Yes. We can design multiple rooms together. Larger or connected spaces, including open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas, are quoted according to the number of spaces and scope.
Do you purchase furniture and lighting for me?
Purchasing and installation are not included in the online design package. Your final design pack includes the selections and a detailed shopping list so you can purchase the items and organise delivery, trades and installation yourself. Procurement, installation and further hands-on support can be added after the online design service, depending on your project’s location.
Can I use the service internationally?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and internationally. Let us know your location so we can discuss suitable sourcing and the details of your project.
Are revisions included?
Yes. One round of revisions is included, alongside up to four hours of design consultation and call time. We use your feedback to refine the design before issuing the final package.
How long does the process take?
The typical design period is approximately six weeks. Timing depends on the complexity of the space, the information received and how quickly feedback is returned. We confirm the programme with you at the outset.
